From automotive mechatronics technician to regional manager

Tim Hölzemann had a clear goal after graduating from high school in 2008: he wanted to become an automotive mechatronics technician. Until the apprenticeship began, he worked as a driver in one of our stores to earn some extra money. When, a short time later, he decided to give up his apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician and become a systems catering specialist instead, his parents were amazed. Three years later, with a great apprenticeship under his belt, he went straight through the internal qualification process to become an operations manager, true to our motto "Train and never stop learning!" For several years, he was on the road for our system headquarters as an operations manager and also in opening management throughout Germany before taking on his current position, that of regional manager in our corporate stores.
Tim has learned that one door always opens when another closes, which is why he would tell his younger self:
„Do it exactly the same again!“
From Junior HR Manager to Head of Human Resources

Svenja Kiese is Head of Human Resources at our headquarter in Hamburg..
Her path is particularly exciting, because after her training as an industrial clerk, there was no stopping Svenja. She continued to develop, acquired her ADA qualification and completed her further training as a human resources specialist.
With five years of professional experience in various HR departments, she then joined us in mid-2019 as a Junior HR Manager. With this drive, it was quickly clear that Svenja would continue to develop at Domino's and so she became HR Department Manager just six months later. In the function as Head of Human Resources, she leads the HR team, consisting of Back Office, Recruitment, Development and Payroll.
Train and never stop learning: Svenja is currently doing a further training and we are happy to be able to accompany her in her further development.
Justin Severin – Winner of the apprentice pizza competition 2024
Justin Severin, our winner of the 2024 apprentice competition has been part of Domino's Pizza Germany since 2021. He is currently completing his apprenticeship as a specialist in system catering at the Domino's store in Cottbus. His long-term goal is to become a shift manager and perhaps one day manage his own store.
Co-determination and participation have a very special meaning for him - one of the reasons why he took part in this year's competition with his pizza creation and won. In projects like the apprentice pizza competition, he can contribute his ideas and thinks it's great that his opinion as a apprentice is heard and that he and his creations are recognized.
The result: From August 2024 Justins Pizza Sucuk Delight is to be found as a special offer pizza on our menu. Congratulations, Justin! In the short term, Justin can look forward to a trip to the Netherlands as part of the prize - and of course to lots of exciting Domino's experiences and stories on site.
Congratulations to Justin on his winning pizza this year!
